At Brain Freeze, we’re all about cold treats, warm smiles, and a good time.

We’re a family-run mobile vendor serving up shaved ice, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and sugary sno-cones that hit the spot—especially when the sun’s out and the kids are buzzing. What started as a traditional food truck slinging tacos, burgers, and nachos turned into something sweeter (literally) in 2020. That’s when we decided to do one thing and do it well: push ice, and push it fast.

The company was founded by Penney—a.k.a. “The Mom of the Operation”—with her husband (a.k.a. “The Gentleman Friend”), Bruce by her side every step of the way. Their daughter, Stephanie, runs trailer #1 with her husband and their four kids, making this a true multi-generational effort. For us, Brain Freeze isn’t just a business. It’s how we spend time together, build something we’re proud of, and teach the next generation the value of hard work and good service.

We believe in honesty, putting the customer first, and delivering ice-cold joy at record speed. Whether you’re a little kid or a grandparent, our mission is simple: make you smile while you eat your snow-cone. That’s it.
